the peak of the season.

Ristras.
Strings of chilli edible but decorative as well. The chillis are dried in our kitchen at the peak of the season and tied and plaited into strings ready to hang.
Choose from large mild chilli or small, hotter varieties, or cayenne.
Lengths and prices vary:  25 - 50 cm   $15-$30.
